Private files
Store sensitive files in a local encrypted locker rather than leaving them loose in downloads or email.
Encrypted local vault
Your private file locker. Store sensitive files locally in your encrypted Poko Vault, with the option to delete everything when you need a clean break.
Vault purpose
Keep important files out of the open. Drop documents into an encrypted local vault so they stay on your device and under your control.
Store sensitive files in a local encrypted locker rather than leaving them loose in downloads or email.
Keep private records on your own device and decide when anything should be reused outside the vault.
Use fast deletion controls when you need a clean break from stored documents and local records.
Security posture
The current PokoPod build stores identity records in an encrypted SQLite/SQLCipher vault. Recovery material is protected with strong key derivation and authenticated encryption, and the product is designed so Poko Labs does not hold a master key for the user’s Local Pod.
The user stores a file, mask, profile detail, or agreement summary locally.
The vault encrypts sensitive records and keeps recovery material device-bound.
External services should receive narrow, user-approved answers instead of raw vault access.
