PokoPod

Create email masks. Hide your real address. Store sensitive files locally. Scan the small print before it becomes tomorrow's problem.

What you are building

One privacy platform, three product surfaces.

PokoPod joins a desktop local pod, an encrypted file and identity vault, and a sentry layer that helps users understand what websites are asking them to accept.

Your legal risk scanner. Poko Sentry watches sign-up, checkout, and terms pages, then flags hidden fees, cancellation traps, data-sharing clauses, and other things you might miss.

Privacy model

Built around the assumption that the user’s data belongs to the user.

PokoPod is designed around local storage, narrow bridge permissions, masked identifiers, signed messages, readable legal summaries, and recovery without platform custody. The product can support service-provider queries, but the goal is permissioned answers instead of raw vault access.

Local-first Sensitive vault data starts on the user’s device, not in a central advertising profile.
Masked identity Site-specific aliases help break the link between a private inbox and third-party services.
Readable receipts Agreement summaries, hashes, grades, and warnings give users a record of what happened.

Roadmap

Built foundations, next-stage intelligence.

PokoPod already has the core pieces of a local-first privacy platform: masked identity, encrypted local vault storage, and Poko Sentry agreement capture. The next phase is focused on helping users take back control of their personal data with safer AI analysis and a private in-pod assistant named Joyce.
